William Hayward Elliott
was born in Southwark to William Elliott and Eliza Ann Hayward on June 27th 1852 -if my memory is correct, in Gibraltar Row, where father was a grocer and cheesemonger. The family moved to Ratcliff soon after, where his brothers Edward, Arthur Spencer and Thomas were all born. Father William died in 1863, and so the sons were sent elsewhere to live (Arthur had already died) to live. Edward went with Eliza Ann to Yorkshire, Thomas to Aunt Emma, by then married in Bournemouh, and W H E with uncle Spencer Hayward in Margate. From there he entered Spurgeon's College to train as a Baptist Minister in 1881.
Need help with Valentine ELLIOTT
(B-abt 1813 in PA) & wife Mary Elizabeth WATERS (B-abt 1811 in PA to Samuel & Nancy WATERS).  Who  were Valentine's parents?  Where did he & Mary die?  where buried?

In 1840 & 1850, Valentine & Mary lived in North Huntingdon Twp, Westmoreland Co, PA.  Children:  Samuel, Elizabeth, William, Susannah, Ruth.  In 1850 they ran an Inn & had Mary's mother (Nancy Waters) and her siblings (William and Margaret) staying in the Inn.  In 1860, they were in Greensburgh, Westmoreland Co, PA and owned a hotel.
